All pieces will be posted in a small cardboard box and 100% compost-able mailers by Hero Packaging via Australia Post for a flat rate of $10.00.
As Terra has a strong sustainability vision, your purchases may come wrapped in re-used packaging paper.
Please re-use or dispose of thoughtfully.

Unfortunately, Terra cannot accept returns for change of mind due to hygiene reasons. so please choose carefully. Please keep in mind your earrings are hand made and each piece will have subtle differences to the items pictured.
We will repair items free of charge if there is a flaw in the findings (earring hooks, etc) within a 30 day period from date of receipt. Please email, at terra.earthenware.store@gmail.com with photos.

Your Terra Earthenware pieces can be washed with a soft damp cloth if they need cleaning from frequent wear.
Liquid Quartz has been applied to seal the unglazed components of each piece, making them water and stain resistant while embracing the raw beauty of the clay.
Liquid Quartz also acts as a shock absorber, but please remember they are ceramic, so if dropped, they may chip or crack.
If this happens, they can usually be repaired with a simple super glue and a steady hand.
